The Earl of Holworth is disgusted with what’s become of his castle. The common bookstore his home has become has attracted many people of questionable character, making him a very disgruntled apparition indeed. Certainly not the royalty it once hosted so long ago. Then Caitlyn walked in and exceptions could be made.

Unlike most of the humans he has introduced himself to, she doesn’t hold any fear toward him only a sense of curiosity. A history buff, she uses the opportunity to bathe the Earl in questions she has often wondered about. A kinship is forged between this unlikely pair. Now if only they could break the curse that plagues him.

Overwhelmingly witty, THE EARL'S ENCHANTMENT delights with its whimsical nature. Caitlyn’s history had been plagued with disparity and the Earl's former life was abruptly ended when he was cast into his current state. These two lost souls have never felt as if they truly belonged in the worlds that they were thrown into. Everyone at one time or another has felt this exact way in their life. So it is with an sympathetic state of mind we find ourselves intently watching for an outcome that we can appreciate. The author, Sara Freeze executes this accomplishment quite nicely. THE EARL’S ENCHANTMENT is well written and well thought out. Sara Freeze is one of the names I will be reading again soon.
