Lovers of paranormal romance will find Enduring Promise is a real treat.

Evan Harris finds himself restless and in need of a road trip. Finding himself lost on a country road with his car’s motor dead, he heads out for help. Through the rain, he is lured to an old abandoned house. Soon he finds himself comfortable and glaring at a picture of a fiery red-head that makes his body sizzle, yet something about her is familiar.

Gisele, a red haired vampire of three hundred years ago, is in search of her beloved Armand. The man had died fighting so that she could live. Before his untimely demise, a promise was made to return on All Hallows Eve. After waiting three hundred years, Gisele has given up all hope and does not want to wait any longer.

Gisele recognizes Evan and knows that he is the reincarnation of her lost love, Armand. Evan is not so convinced, but does know this woman haunts his dreams. Trying to persuade Evan to believe her will be a challenge. Can two lost souls come together in time? Could he accept her as she is? And will they lose each other forever?

Enduring Promise is a well-written and thoroughly enjoyable read. The only problem I faced with this story was that it didn't last longer. The mixture of Evan/Armand and Gisele and their struggle to reach each other is sure to draw you into their story.

Tempest Knight, is sure to please with this novel, and is not to be missed. Enduring Promise is loaded with lots of plot-thickening additives, so curl up and enjoy. The story progresses so smoothly that you won't find a good stopping point. So make sure you have a couple hours to devote to it. This reviewer will be looking forward to more from Tempest in the future.

The history and setting of this story makes you feel as if you were observing from a distance. As you are reading you can't help but feel for Gisele and Armand. These two lovers have traveled through time to be together but only from reading Enduring Promises will you ever know whether they have succeeded.
